Just learned today there’s a childhood treat from Scotland called a top hat and I find myself thinking, once again, that people in the UK in general are much more creative with treats than Americans are. I’d already thought that about baked goods.
That one might be a good one to pass on to friends who typically complain that they can’t make the things they see on Pinterest. I feel like if you can’t get this one, are you really trying?
